-
She has been dedicated to her yogic journey for 20 years, crediting major influences of teaching strategies, including BKS Iyengar, Rod Stryker, Shiva Rea, and Gary Kraftsow. She specializes in mindful, alignment-based yoga with an emphasis on Therapeutic Yin, Yoga for Trauma, and Vinyasa flow.
Sara began her journey in Yoga and Bodywork as a young child, growing up in Southeastern Oklahoma and having the privilege of coexisting with sacred values of Native American knowledge and healing practices. That exposure has stayed with her and informs how she works with the Mind-Body connection of every individual. Later, as a competitive athlete, she developed her love of physical wellness at Oklahoma State University, where she pursued her passion for the study of anatomy and bodywork.
After establishing a private practice in 1999, working with Colorado Spine and Rehabilitation, she opened her first wellness studio in Longmont in 2003. Sara has been a strong nurturer of the local conscious community and enjoys a thriving client base.
Constantly evolving and growing as a Bodyworker, Sara’s current studies have taken her to Central America, Thailand, and Bali for extended periods, diving deep into the indigenous healing cultures. Sara spent the last 5yrs studying the powerful effects of Plant Medicine and Cacao on the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica. Sara has been honored to work with advanced Sports Medicine physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, professional athletes, Intuitives, and sustainable wellness leaders.

Manual therapy from Casey is a multi-leveled experience drawing from training in structural integration, Rolfing®, and massage therapy. He works to systematically balance and optimize both the function (how the joints move) and structure (how the joints stack) of your body. This is done with thoughtful soft tissue manual movement interventions to enhance joint function for health. The result of his work is joints and fascia being freed up for long-term functional and structural changes, resulting in continued better movement and posture long after a session has been completed. These techniques improve mobility and decrease acute and chronic discomforts. Get a body that is free from pain, discomfort, and limitations with manual therapy from Casey. You don’t have to live with pain.
Personal training with Casey is much more than just lifting weights and getting your heart rate up. He is well-versed and experienced for a multitude of client needs. That means you get a custom approach to support the activities you love to do, be it up in the mountains, out on a trail, or just keeping up with grandkids at the park. By drawing on his diverse background in working with time-under-tension, complete-muscle-fatigue, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) he focuses on improving joint mobility and then building muscle on top of well functioning joints for longevity. This isn’t just working out, this is training to build a healthy body and mind for the long game. By improving mobility, clients maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively. Be free to move better and longer for your life’s activities with personal training from Casey.
